Vendor Returns - Produce Only
In addition to our Vendor Return section in the SOF Inbound Freight Standards and Procedures, Produce vendors must comply with the following:

* Products returns to be picked up within twenty-four (24) hours of notification from SOF.
* Vendors are responsible to pick up and destroy all poor quality, damaged or recall products.
* Vendor returns not picked up within seventy-two (72) hours of notification will be disposed of through SOF's Reclamation Process and the cost will be charged back to the vendor.
